The conversion funnel's architecture was an essential point to solve to answer all the users' questions before buying the product.
Answer users' questions before buying the product; I collect users' feedback to understand its main problems and doubts. Once these questions are identified, I create a specific section on the homepage to answer them for in a few seconds, the users don't doubt the product and bring him to the payment page.
