This tool will help you to setup every element on your website; once you set up fluid responsive on your website in a few minutes, you just need to size every element (Fonts, Margin, images, etc.) by dividing the value on your prototype by 16px (body default font size)

How can you prevent a certain element to be fluid?
Yes, there are two solutions: Or size your element on PX, or you just need to add a little piece of code to prevent element sizing at a specific breakpoint
